Locked Out of Office 365 Account - Mac

In order to unlock your account, you will have to clear your Keychain.

1. In Finder, open Applications and click on Utilities
2. Under Utilities you will find Keychain Access
3. When you have Keychain Access open use the search bar to look for any StFX credentials that might be using an old password, common ones are listed below:
   • Microsoft Office 15 or 16
   • adfs
   • printing credentials for staffprinters

         4. Clear any results that come up by right clicking and choosing the delete option

         5.  Verify that you want to delete it
