Migration Instructions: From Telus to Bell Aliant

Migration Instructions

  1.  On your assigned day, come to the IT Services Help Desk in the Library to pick up your new Bell SIM card.
  2.  IT Services will notify Bell to begin your migration.
  3.  You will have service in disruption for 10-60 mins during the migration.  Once done, your phone will say “No Service”.
  4.  Power off your phone and put in the new Bell SIM.  Do not turn the phone back on right away.
  5.  Wait 10 minutes and then turn the phone on.
  6.  It is possible that iPhone users will be required to enter their Apple ID and password to complete the migration.
