Environment: Faculty wanting to add a BlackBoard Collaborate Online Classroom to moodle class
Purpose: Provide steps on how to add a BlackBoard Collaborate Online Classroom to a moodle course by Importing the StFX course template

1) Enroll yourself in the Template course by clicking on this link: Template for StFX Courses, sign into Moodle and then click on “Enrol me” as seen below.
2) Choose your course from My Courses on your Home page.
3) Click on the Main settings wheel (right of the course title heading box) and click Import.
4) On the “Find a course to import data from” page you may or may not see the template course in the course list, if not go to Search and type “template for stfx courses” and click search.
5) On the “Find a course to import data from” page you should now see the template course. Select the course and click Continue.
6) In “Import settings” click “Jump to final step” to import all components of the template. 
You will now see your course with the StFX template including the Collaborate activity and Collaborate resources in your Moodle course. *see step 7 for additional options.
7) Alternatively, to import only the Collaborate Online classroom deselect all options in “Import settings” leaving only “Include activities and resources”. Then click Next.
8) On the “Include” page leave only “Collaborate Ultra” and Online Classroom selected and click “Next”.
9) On the “Confirmation and review” page confirm your choices and click “Perform import” and click “Continue”. You will see the Collaborate section, activity, and a guide in your Moodle classroom.
