Environment: Screen.Cloud for digital signage
Purpose: Using templates across teams in Screen.Cloud
Introduction
The Template Team isn't a real team, it's a team created to house pre-configured content that screen owners can use as a starting point for their content.
Accessing the Template Team
Since a user can only belong to one team, in order to access the Template Team, it's recommended to use a secondary Screen.Cloud account that has been added to the Template Team.
Login to Screen.Cloud using this secondary account, you will have access to the template content that is copied to new teams when they are created.
Adding, updating, or modifying the content behaves the same as all other teams within Screen.Cloud - with the exception that the Template Team doesn't have any screens associated with it (nor should it).
