Environment: Windows devices for on-campus faculty/staff
Purpose: charge printing to different departments
1. Go to Ceasar Apps
Open this PC
Click on the Network Drives
Click Network drives
Select Caesar
Applications
PCClient
2. Unzip
From your downloads folder click on the win.zip file you have just downloaded.
4. Click on "client-local-install"
5. Follow the Setup Wizard
When you see this window ensure that the box is checked off and click on finish.
6. Enter your webfx username and password and click "OK"
7. Once you see this window pop-up you are finished installing PCClient
8. From now on when you try to print a document you will first be prompted with this window
From here you can select to print from a personal account, a shared account you are affiliated with, or a different shared account using their account code.
