Purpose: To help fix the error "This file is locked for editing" and may indicate the file is read-only
Causes & Resolutions

- Once the other person has completed their work, have them notify you the file can now be edited by you.
- Cause: Sometimes, the "other user" is actually you, even though you have closed the file your computer may be keeping it open in the background.
