Download the Audio Driver
Download the Audio Driver - Realtek-High-Definition-Audio-Driver
Run the driver install and follow the prompts
Locate the downloaded file, likely in your downloads folder.
Double-click to extract the files and run the driver installer
You will be prompted to restart at least once during this process.
