Environment: StFX user on Banner Self-Service
Purpose: Guide on how to and what credentials to use for logging into Banner Self-Service.
As of October 6, 2025 Banner Self-Service will no longer use ID and PINs for access. Instead you will use your StFX email and password.
Step 1: Log in to Banner Self-Service
Open an internet browser and go to https://www.stfx.ca/mycampus.
Select the Banner (Self-Service & Admin Pages) button in the Quick Links section.
Select Banner Self-Service (Student) or Banner Self-Service (Faculty).
Log in with your StFX email and password (If the message “Invalid username/password; Logon denied.” appears or you are not presented with a login option, clearing your browser’s cache or opening the site in a private or incognito browser window should resolve the issue).
Step 2: Select the Service
