In the lower right hand corner of your Taskbar, right click the TrendMicro Icon
Once you have right clicked on the TrendMicro button, Click "Update Now".
Click the "Update Status" tab at the top, then click the "Update Now" button at the bottom
Here you will see the update status; close the window when complete. (The full update is not yet complete)
You will soon notice that the TrendMicro icon will disappear from the taskbar. The program is performing the client upgrade at this stage.
The TrendMicro will "pop-up" with a notification box telling you that a computer restart is required. Please restart your computer to complete the installation.
