Annotations in PowerPoint Using a Touch Monitor are Off-Target
Environment: Using Touch-enabled monitor with PowerPoint
Purpose: Fix the issue where your annotations are displayed but are writing far away from where you are touching
Resolution
Locate POWERPNT.EXT, for example: in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16
Right click, troubleshoot compatibility, then troubleshoot program, check "The program opens but doesn't display correctly", then "Program does not display properly when large scale font settings are selected".
Save settings after testing.
