Banner error FRM-92102 "A network error or server failure has occurred"

Issue Description

When using Banner, you receive the error FRM-92102 "A network error or server failure has occurred. The Forms client has attempted to reestablish its connection to the Server 120 time(s) without success. You will need to restart your application.", a screen shot example is below:

Issue Resolution

Unfortunately there is no clear resolution for this error at this time. However, you can greatly reduce the frequency of the issue by performing the following steps:

  1. Clear your browser cache, for instructions, click here.
  2. Clear your Java cache, for instructions, click here.
  3. Restart your computer.
