Microsoft Stream is an enterprise video service where you can upload, view, and share videos. You can share recordings of classes, meetings, presentations, training sessions, or other videos. Videos can be uploaded on their own and shared individually, or to a chosen group or channel for members to have access to. Go to

Be aware, channels do not allow permissions to be set and company wide videos are are available to ALL faculty, staff and students. Permissions should be set to limit access.
Note:
1. Videos within Stream are only available to StFX Faculty, Staff and Students; it’s not possible to share videos with external parties.
2. Deleted Videos are only recoverable for 30 days after deletion
3. Audio files may not be uploaded
