Purpose: How to resolve cable issues through Eastlink
Eastlink handles cable issues through their support lines.
- Call Eastlink Customer care at this specially created number 1-866-238-2390,
- Select Option 2
- Identify your self as student in residence at ST FX and are having problems with their digital cable.
- Students should NOT be prompted for an account number, phone number, or address.
- Then you will be prompted for the serial number on the bottom of the cable box.
