Purpose: Show users how to get to credential manager and how to delete credentials
Windows will sometimes save old passwords in the credential manager, creating problems when it comes time to change your password. To clear out the passwords do the following:
Access Credential Manager
- Search Credential Manager in the Start menu
- Select Windows Credentials
Clear Out StFX Credentials
Delete anything that has to do with Microsoft 365, or adfs, by clicking on the entry and selecting remove. Edit any entry related to your printing account, xprinters, or staffprinters.
