Connecting to the Staff and Faculty Konica Fleet

This guide will walk through the steps for printing to the printers located on campus. It entails the steps on setting required for Staff, Faculty, and Operational accounts printing only.

* Note: In order to proceed with printing at StFX you will need to be connected to the WebFX wireless network or be connected via Ethernet.

Print Deploy

All managed StFX devices will be installed with an application called Print Deploy.   It will look like a Green printer icon or some cases a green P.  You can access this on your system tray, down by your clock time.

Print deploy can be located in the System Tray for windows, in the corner by your clock.

Print-Staff is configured by default.  This is the secured printer which allows you to release your job at any of the 65 Konica's across campus by logging in by typing in your username and password or swiping your ID card.

Printing to a location named device will print the job directly to that device, eliminated the need to log into the copier.  Be sure to pick up documents promptly and ensure you confidential documents are printed using secure print.

If your device does not have print deploy you will need to make an appointment with our technology consulting team.  https://stfx.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1764/Portal/Requests/Service/21353/Printing-Faculty-and-Staff-Printing
