Environment: StFX user on mydata.stfx.ca/reports/browse

Purpose: Guide on how to and what credentials to use for logging into portal to access myData

As of November 30 2020, student mesAMIS will be permanently retired and no longer used. Read more about this change here.

Step 1: Connect to the Portal

To access MyData (Students):

Open an Internet browser
Go to mydata.stfx.ca/reports/browse
Login with your StFX credentials i.e. jdoe@stfx.ca or x2020abc@stfx.ca (same as Moodle, Microsoft 365)

If you are unable to access MyData for any reason, please try the steps below:

Open a Private or Incognito window. Logging in through an incognito window can often temporarily resolve log-in issues.
Reset your password at mypassword.stfx.ca. Even if you know your password, resetting it can solve many issues with syncing or cached credentials.
