Printer Options

To view Konica Minolta printer options, click on printer options.

Printer Options include:

  • Layout / Finish
  • Paper Tray / Output Tray
  • Quality

Layout / Finish

Layout

Under 'Print Type', you can find settings to adjust prints to make them 1-sided, 2-sided, or a booklet.

Binding position allows you to select Left Bind, Right Bind, or Top Bind.

Other Features include:

  • Poster Mode - original is enlarged and printed on multiple sheets
  • Rotate 180o
  • Image Shift - able to shift front and back images (up/down, left/right)
  • Chapters

Finish

Under 'Finish', options are given to chose the staple location of your prints

  • 1 staple (top left corner), or 2 staples (down left side)
  • 'Paper Arrangement' allows users to adjust binding on 2-sided prints collectively after all data received or sequentially each time data received
  • Detail Settings - Shows details if Image Shift and Chapters (if used)

Paper Tray / Output Tray

Paper Tray

The Paper Tray setting allows you to chose the paper source.

  • Paper Tray - Choose paper source

Paper Type

  • Paper Type – Choose paper type based on paper weight (ie.Thick 1- Thick 4) or other options (ie. Color, Letterhead,Envelope, etc.)​

  • Paper packaging shows weights – use gsm / g/m2​

  • Labels – use Paper Type Thick 1+ and labels should only be fed through the Bypass Tray. (*Full sheets of labels only)​

  • Transparencies – use Transparency setting and feed from Bypass Tray only.​

Quality

Quality settings allow users to print their documents in full colour, or black and white.

Print resolution is also able to be changed between 600dpi and 1200dpi
