Determining What Version of Outlook You're Using in Windows

Outlook is run either through the Office 365 platform or through the standard Microsoft Platform. It is important to know which version you're running when doing a mail merge from a shared mailbox. This is relevant to Windows users only!

• Open Outlook
• Click File
• Click Office Account
  • If it says Microsoft Office 365 Pro Plus you will need to use this guide
