Environment: Faculty or Staff that had reports on mesAMIS
Purpose: Provide guidance on how to access the reports now that they are moved
Introduction
As StFX strives to stay current with our student information and reporting commitments; on May 10, 2021, Faculty reports on mesAMIS will be permanently retired and its functionality transitioned to other systems. This change has been undertaken to improve the security and sustainability of St FX systems and provide a better experience for faculty.
Impact
At 9:00AM on Wednesday, May 10, 2021, faculty reports in mesAMIS will be permanently retired and their functionality transitioned to other systems. A complete listing of reports that will be retired and where they will be transitioned to is available below.
What Is Changing?
Note: Other reports not in this list will not be affected by this change and will remain available until they are transitioned to other systems at a future time.
The following reports will be retired and their functionality made available in other systems.

Provides the faculty member's personal exam schedule. |

| Faculty - Class Email Form |
Creates a list of a faculty's student's email addresses to allow easy email communication. |
Preferred Method: Use Moodle's Quickmail function to send emails to students. Details on this functionality are available in the following KB article: "Quickmail".
Other Method: A list of student emails is also available in the "Faculty_Class_List_Lookup" report in X Reports. This list can be copied and pasted into the "BCC" field in Outlook to send a class email.

Displays a list of students within a class.

| Faculty - Grade Change Request |
Allows a faculty to request a grade change for a student from the Registrar's Office. |
Functionality for this report will be available through a combination of the "Grade_Change_Request" report in X Reports and the "Grade Change Request" service in the Services@StFX Registrar's Office portal.
