Introduction

This article will detail how to add a new screen to Screen.Cloud.

Connecting a New Screen to Screen.Cloud

  1. After connecting the display and associated computer (including network connectivity), if not already installed, download and install the Screen.Cloud application from https://screen.cloud/
  2. After installing the application, you will be presented with a 6 character pairing code. Write this code down as you will need it later.
  3. Now, login to Screen.Cloud using the account of the screen owner or screen owner backup.
  4. Along the left, click on "Screens"
  5. If you are adding this screen to a new location, click "Create New Group" and name the group the location of the new screen, for example "Keating Centre Lobby".
  6. If you are adding this screen to an existing location, click "Add Screen".
  7. Enter the Pairing Code from step 2 above and give the screen a descriptive name for the specific location, for example "Keating Box Office Screen"
  8. Check "Add screen in preview mode" so that the screen can billing doesn't occur until the content for the screen has been created and set.
  9. Click and drag the new screen to the group that best describes the location of the screen.
  10. When the screen's content has been set and you're ready to set the screen "Live", click on "In Preview Mode (click to publish)"
