Purpose: How to resolve cable issues through Eastlink
Eastlink handles cable issues through their support lines.
1. Call Eastlink Customer care at this specially created number 1-866-238-2390,
2. Select Option 2
3. Identify your self as student in residence at ST FX and are having problems with their digital cable.
4. Then you will be prompted for the serial number on the bottom of the cable box.
