Set Spam Filters and Block/Allow senders

This guide will show you how to change or add to your blocked/safe sender lists.

1. Go to "office365.stfx.ca" and log in

2. Go to Outlook

2. Click on your user image in the top right hand screen of your window.
 
 

3. Click on the Settings wheel to the right then "View all Outlook Settings"

 

4. In Outlook settings, click on "Mail" on the right settings pane then "Junk email'' from the list

6. Add senders and domains to be blocked or allowed

6. Turn junk filter on/off and block/allow senders
 

Too many important emails being moved?

If you find some mail is being send to quarantine that you do not want there you can add the email address of the sender into the "Safe Senders and Domains" area

Too many unwanted messages?

If you are getting a high number of spam messages from the same email address you can block them under "Blocked Senders and Domains" which will automatically sort any email by that address to be quarantined
