Environment: OneDrive Web app (portal.office.com)
Purpose: Restrict files or folders to only staff/faculty
While looking at the folder/file in OneDrive Click the ellipsis (3 dots)
Click on the 3 dots after the folder name you want to add permissions to
Select Share
Select 3 dots
Click on Manage Access
Select Grant Access
Select Faculty & Staff Access
1. Type Faculty & Staff and you should see Facutly and Staff Access appear
2. Select Faculty & Staff Access
3. Uncheck Send an email invitation
4. Select Share
