Introduction
In Microsoft Teams users are able to share their screen. The following guide shows you the most common problem that prevents people from being able to share their screen on Mac.
Overall Steps
- Under System Preferences click on Security & Privacy
- Go to Privacy tab and make sure that Teams is checked off under Accessibility, Full Disk Access, and Screen Recording
- Click on lock to unlock settings and be able to edit them
