Launching Respondus and Receiving the "ARDAgent" Error
ARDAgent is a faceless (no windows, no dock icon) application that is being installed on Macbooks with the new iOS update. ARDAgent is Apple Remote Desktop Agent and is mainly for lab settings for people who run multiple Macs.
To Disable ARDAgent so Respondus can launch
Enable or disable remote management using System Preferences

On the client computer, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Sharing.
- If you see a lock icon, click it and enter the name and password of a user with administrator privileges on the computer.
- Select or deselect the Remote Management checkbox.
