PowerPoint can record video in it's Desktop App. It can record the webcam and this can be manipulated later. The recording also can record in the correct timing annotation. It is a Powerful tool and if left in it's PowerPoint version (saved as .pptx) viewers can view subtitles that also can be translated.
Microsoft Teams is a large App that uses OneDrive, Word, PowerPoint, Teams Video, Outlook, Excel and more to engage and communicate with people. This article looks at Teams and creating a meeting in calendar.
This article will show using Teams for simple meeting in class (without looking at breakout groups). With simple lecturer needing a platform to share screen and talk to students, one can create a recurring calendar meeting, toggle it to a Teams Meeting, and copy/paste the invite into a Moodle classroom page.
