Adding a discussion to a forum

Instructions

1. After creating your forum, you can easily add a discussion to it. 
2. Ensure that editing has been turned off. 
3. Click on the forum. 
4. Click "Add a new discussion topic".
5. Add a subject, message, or add files. 
6. Click "Post to Forum".
7. To post notifications with no time delay, check the box above the “Post to forum” button.
