1. Hide and duplicate current quiz.
2. rename the copy and go into settings to clear away all restrictions.
3. In settings, make every question appear on one page.
4. Create a "Description" Question at the beginning of the copied quiz. Add Course name, and a space for student to write name.
5. Preview quiz and print as pdf.
