Environment: Browser showing password error when logging into Office 365 Platform
Purpose: Guide users on how to fix issue and delete past saved credentials
If you are receiving an error message when you are trying to access to Office 365 or Team Dynamix it's typically due to your browser trying to be extra helpful and logging you in with a saved password. Follow the guides below for your browser of choice to gain access again.
Safari user
1.Open Safari’s Preferences from the Safari menu and
2. Click on the “Passwords” tab
3. Search for the ADFS password and hit the “Remove” button or hit the Delete key
4. Quit Safari and reopen
Chrome user
1. Open the Chrome menu using the button on the far right of the browser toolbar, three dots or three lines.
2. Select Settings
3. Click the Autofill heading from the left menu.
4. Select “Passwords”, and look under the saved passwords heading.
5. Locate the ADFS entry highlight it exists then click the x to remove it
6. Click Done
7. Back on the Settings page locate Privacy Heading use the drop down to change the refresh from the "All Time" then hit clear browsing data, make sure that "Cookies and other site data" is the only option checked. This will sign out all accounts on google.
8. Quit Chrome and reopen
FireFox user
1. Open the Firefox menu using the button on the far right of the browser toolbar, three dots or three lines.
2. Select Security
3. Click the Saved Logins link located at the bottom of the page.
4. Search ADFS, and remove all entries.
5. Click Done
6. Quit Firefox and reopen

Internet Explorer user
- Click on the gear icon in the upper right hand corner
- Under Safety, click Delete browsing history...
- Uncheck Preserve Favorites website data
- Check Temporary Internet files and website files and Cookies and website data
- Click Delete
- Restart the browser
