Purpose: Show users how to get to credential manager and how to delete credentials
Windows sometimes will save old passwords in the credential manager, creating problems when it comes time to change your password. To clear out the passwords do the following:
Open Credential Manager
- Search Credential Manager in the start menu
- Select Windows Credentials
Clear out StFX credentials
Delete out anything that has to do with MicrosoftOffice15/16, or adfs, by clicking on the item and selecting remove. Edit any entry related to your printing account, xprinters, or staffprinters.
