1. Click on moodle.stfx.ca
2. If you are a student, faculty, or staff, click on the orange button. Enter your stfx email ie, x2024abc@stfx.ca and then your stfx password. It is the same password that you use to log in to your StFX email. (If you are a Coady participant, click on the grey button and enter the full email and password used for registration.)
3. If you are unable to login to the Moodle system try the following:
a. Check to make sure that your stfx and email and password are active by logging into your StFX Webmail account at portal.office.com or clicking the 'Microsoft 365' link at stfx.ca/mycampus
If you are unable to access your Microsoft account, you can reset your password by visiting mypassword.stfx.ca. If you are still unable to access your StFX account please contact the IT Help Desk for assistance. You can visist us at the Angus L MacDonald Library or reach out to us on our website's live chat, stfx.ca/ithelp
b. If you can access your StFX Microsoft 365 account but are unable to access moodle, contact stfxonline@stfx.ca
IT Services recommends that all users register with the StFX Password Manager (mypassword.stfx.ca) to prevent further account accessibility issues.
