Purpose: How to download and access respondus
In rare cases, it may appear that Respondus has NOT downloaded on your Mac after you have downloaded it. To fix this:
1. Open your Launcher.
2. Check for Respondus in the Launcher.
3. If this does not work, please proceed to the IT Help Desk.
