Purpose: How IT's booking service works
St FX IT Services books appointments for support using Bookings, which allows users to select a date and time that best works for them to receive support. When you submit a request to IT Services, you will receive a reply email that provides a link to book a time that works for you.
Please be aware that no further action will be taken if you do not book an appointment. After several attempts at contact, if we do not receive a response, the request will be closed, but can be re-opened any time by responding to an email you have received about the request.
Booking an Appointment In Different Time Zones
Bookings detects which time zone you are currently in so that times are displayed in your local time when you are booking. For example, if you are in Vancouver, available dates and times will be displayed in Atlantic Time.
