Accessing StFX Services from Off Campus

Purpose: Faculty & Staff looking to access StFX services from off campus locations.
Environment: Off campus Internet connection.

 

Accessible off-campus - VPN not required

1. Office 365 Applications including Email and Onedrive  - office365.stfx.ca

2. Moodle - moodle.stfx.ca

3. MesAMIS and Banner Self Service - (Portal.stfx.ca no vpn connection) (mesAMIS.stfx.ca & banner.stfx.ca while connected to the VPN)

4. Qualtrics - stfx.ca1.qualtrics.com

5. ADP - https://ezlmappdc1f.adp.com/ezLaborManagerNet/Login/Login.aspx?cID=99686&lng=en-US

6. Screen Cloud, Digital Signage - https://signage.screen.cloud/

StFX Voice mail can be accessed by dialing 902 867-3000

Software accessible though the VPN

StFX uses the Fortinet Client for VPN access for Windows and Mac Users.  When connecting off campus select the VPN-Staff option.
