Environment: PowerPoint for Windows and Mac
Purpose: How to listen and view narrated presentations
1. Open the PowerPoint and ensure that your volume is turned on.
2. Under the Slideshow tab, choose either From Beginning or Current Slide:
The audio will automatically play.
3. Alternatively, you can exit the slide show and listen to audio per slide. To do this, hover over the audio icon in the bottom corner of the PowerPoint slide:
Then, click play, adjust volume, etc:
