Environment: Microsoft 365 services
Purpose: Check logins on your account
View your Microsoft365 Log in locations
1. Log in using your full StFX email address at myaccount.microsoft.com.
2. From the Left Menu choose Recent activity
3. Scroll through the list to view recent sign ins on your account.
If you notice sign ins that are unfamiliar
1. Change your password Immediately
2. Login with your new credentials to microsoft365.stfx.ca, choose Outlook, Click the cog wheel in the upper right corner, click View All Outlook settings, Check for Rules and forwarding that is not familiar.
3. Log back into myaccount.microsoft.com and verify that your security info was not changed.
