Getting Started with Kwe' (Moodle)

All StFX users (Faculty/Instructors, Staff, & Students) will use this method to access the system.
Kwe' (Moodle) is designed to work with all modern web browsers on a variety of computing platforms: Mac, Windows, and Mobile

Open your Computer's Web Browser: Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Edge

For the best experience, ensure that your primary browser has been updated to the latest version.

 

Navigate to moodle.stfx.ca from your browser's address bar.

Moodle uses your StFX credentials. This is the same username and password used for your StFX email account.

  • To log in to Kwe’, simply click the orange button. You may be asked to authenticate your login using Microsoft Authenticator or a text message to your phone. This is because Multi-factor authentication (MFA) has now been added to Kwe’ for added security.
  • If you are using the Moodle App, please delete it and login using the Moodle Workplace App.
  1. If you are unable to access your email account, but have registered with the StFX Password Manager, you can reset your password by visiting mypassword.stfx.ca.
  2. If you are still unable to access your StFX accounts please contact the IT Services Help Desk for assistance. You can call us at 867-2356, email us at it.services@stfx.ca, or visit us at the Angus L. Macdonald Library main entrance
