Resetting Your Banner PIN

If you have forgotten your PIN, you can reset it using the instructions below.

1. Access  Banner Self Service using the secure portal. Instructions on doing this may be found here.
2. In the Banner Self Service login page in the user ID field, enter your User ID (For example, if you are a student, enter your student ID).
3. Click the Forgot PIN? button.
4. You will be prompted with a security question to prove your identity. Enter the answer in the Answer field, and click Submit Answer.
5. Your PIN will now be reset.
