What is this service?
Bulk email communications used internally on campus for service outages, campus closure and events. There are two channels these message can be sent to, a list containing a combination of faculty/staff or students.
Why is it useful?
Provided wide email coverage for messages to the campus community.
How do I access this service?
Bulk email messages need to be approved by a member of Presidents Council. Bulk messages should be emailed to the approving office for approval. Once approved the office of the member of Presidents Council should then forward the email along to itservice@Stfx.ca complete with subject line, and which channels should receive the message.
