What is this service?
Members of the StFX Corporate plan are able to request request support for
- Mobile Billing Inquires,
- To apply Travel Packages when traveling outside of the Canada and the US
- Hardware issues with their Mobile Device
- Software issues with their Mobile Device
Why is it useful?
To obtain support for your mobile devices hardware and software to ensure your device continues work efficiently. To be compliant with the wireless device policy users must apply travel packages while traveling outside of Canada and the US. it is very important to put a package on your cell phone if you wish to make calls, text, or use data. Not doing so can lead to hefty roaming fees and overage charges. Usage outside of these areas will result in significant additional charges, and these charges can be thousands of dollars. Travel packages can be reimbursed at the business office for personal travel.
