What is this service?

IT Services maintains telephone services across campus for faculty and staff. The program provides support for MS Teams Phone Calling users.

Why is it useful?

If you encounter an issue with your MS Teams Phone calling, you may submit a support request or view our knowledge base articles.

How do I access this service?

Click "Request Support" for general phone inquiries.
Click "Request International Calling" to add international phone calling to your account.
Click "Teams Handset Request" to request a physical handset.  VP approval is required.
Click "Teams Headset Request" to request a headset for use with a MS Teams softphone.
