1. Hide and duplicate current quiz.
2. rename the copy and go into settings to clear away all restrictions.
3. In settings, make every question appear on one page.
4. Create a "Description" Question at the beginning of the copied quiz. Add Course name, and a space for student to write name.
5. Preview quiz and print as pdf.

Setting up Respondus and adding a small time window. This set up will optimize the experience which adds a little complexity to an existing high stress process (Exam). Adding Recommendations to prepare earlier this might reduce any technical issues for using an online exam with Respondus.
