What is this service?
Use this service to report a suspected compromised account. Indications of a compromised account are;
- emails from a StFX account soliciting or phishing for login credentials, or offering a link
- A large volume of undeliverable messages appearing in the inbox
- Sent Items containing message not sent by the account holder
Why is it useful?
Reporting compromised accounts to IT Services allows for IT work with the user to prevent their mailbox from being temporary inaccessible and prevents further threats to our community.
