What is this service?
Each May Affiliate & Generic/Operational accounts are reviewed for continuation or closure. Account owners are contacted by email to review their sponsored accounts. Accounts that are not reviewed through this process will expire June 1st.
Affiliate Accounts are personalized accounts issued to non-employees who are associated with and need access to stfx systems.
Generic/Operational Accounts are not personalized, or generically named such as itservices. Operational/Generic accounts differ from a shared mailbox as they are a full account with a password.
Why is it useful?
Account review/renewal ensures owners are correctly identified and eliminates stale accounts from the system and ensure continuity of existing accounts.
