Shared Mailbox Permissions

What is this service?

A shared mailbox is a generically named mailbox that a single or multiple users can use to read and send email messages.  Shared Mailboxes do not have a password but are managed through mailbox permissions on existing accounts that can be configured by IT Services.

Why is it useful?

This service allows a mailbox owner to request additional stfx members to have gain or be removed from the access list.

How do I access this service?

Mailbox owners can request mailbox permissions to be adjusted using the Update Permissions button to the right.
