Official Post Graduation Work Permit Letter

What is this service?

Using this service allows students to submit an official post graduation work permit letter request to the Registrar's Office. Letters can be issued after the student has applied for graduation and all grades have been entered. Processing may take up to 5 business days because a degree audit is required. Letters will not be released to students who have a financial hold.

Why is it useful?

Post-graduation work permit allows a student to seek employment in Canada after graduation. The letter will include - full name, date of birth, degree program, length of the degree program, completion date or graduation date. The letter includes the official signature of the Registrar, the University seal and the Designated Learning Institution (DLI) number. The letter cannot be emailed.
