What is this service?
UKG Pro is StFX Human Resources Information System (HRIS). It provides a one-stop portal for all HR information. this includes pay, benefits, leave tracking, and scheduling.
Why is it useful?
UKG provides a one-stop portal for all HR functions including pay, benefits, leave tracking, and scheduling. Employees have access to a robust self-service portal which will enable them to see and update HR information, request time off and much more.
How do I access this service?
First-time users will need to enroll with UKG. To enroll you will need your original UKG password from Hr@stfx.ca This will be sent to your stfx email. Once obtained use the button below to enroll.
for First Time Users
StFX Employees must enrol in UKG to be linked with the system. Instructions for 1st Setup
Enrolled Employees
Once enrolled employees can access UKG through the website using their full StFX email and StFX password, or by through the UKG app on their mobile device using their full StFX email and UKG password.
for Former Employees
Former employees can use the link above with the former stfx email address and UKG Password.
