What is this service?
This service allows students to inform the university of their intention to return after a leave of absence. Students are encouraged to submit this form as soon as possible.
Students are required to meet with an academic advisor prior to their return. Students in the Bachelor of Education program should meet with the Chair of Teacher Education.
