Environment: Office365 Online in Chrome, Edge, or Firefox
Purpose: Instruction set for changing your default Multi-Factor Method to other methods you have previously configured for your Microsoft 365 account
Step 1
Log in online to your Microsoft 365 Account at:
office365.stfx.ca
Step 2
Click on your account profilethe picture you selected or your intials on the top right hand corner of the page, then click on "View account".
Step 3
Click on the Security Info Tab on the left hand side of the page.
Step 4
After completing any potential authentication process, click on the change button next to the Default sign-in method.
