What is this service?

This form will assist departments through the onboarding process of a new employee or the account reactivation of a former employee.  The form will cover StFX accounts, including directory information, telephone details, printing, MesAMIS and Banner Forms.

  • Email 100GB
  • 1TB Cloud Storage with OneDrive

* Faculty ID's are issued by the Office of the Registrar separately and are used to access MesAMIS and Banner Self Service.

Why is it useful?

The form provides departments with a consolidated application to speed up the user onboarding process to ensure accounts are in place for new staff and faculty members.  StFX accounts allow access to:

  • Campus Wireless
  • Lab Applicaions, and mylabapps.stfx.ca
  • WebFX Computers
  • Personal Network Storage H: (5GB)
  • M365 Account (Including email, onedrive, and MS applications)
  • Kwe' (Moodle)
  • Campus Printing
  • Survey Software
  • VPN Access
  • Drupal Environment
  • Microsoft 365
  • X-Reports
